Up the grand staircase, The Dining Room is Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen’s fine dining restaurant. Originally built to be the living quarters of Theodore Vail and his family, the three rooms overlook the mansion’s 150-foot long reflecting pool. Chef Kevin Sippel offers a four-course $81 prix fixe experience where guests select three savory courses and finish with one sweet course from pastry chef Erica Leahy. Chef Sippel will happily create a six-course, seasonal $108 chef’s tasting menu for the entire table as well. In the Dining Room guests can relax and enjoy a beautiful evening with wine pairings or with one of the 600 selections offered in The Wine Vault at Jockey Hollow.
